Formation :
A large circle. Assign each player the number 1,2 or 3.
Method
:
On
signal,
the number called (1,2 or 3) runs around the circle trying to
pass in front of the other runner.
You
then
call "Reverse" and the runners change direction.
If
the
player is overtaken, he/she must go into the middle of the circle and
do push ups.
