: None Formation : Teams in a spoke formation Method : Two persons in each team form an arch. The arches are spaced at the end of the spokes which are at intervals around the play area. Teams stand in file on the inside of their own arch. On your signal, the teams run through their own arch and line up as before. Change the arches. |
