Equipment
: One volleyball and a baseball diamond for each two teams
Formation :
Two teams of 8 to 9 players, one team at bat and one team in the field.
Method :
The batter
throws a fair ball. If a fly is
thrown, the fielding team must chase the ball.
All fielding
teams must line up behind the
fielder with the ball and then the ball must be passed over each
player's head.
If the ball
reaches the last player in line
before the batter rounds the bases, then the batter is out.
If the batter
reaches home plate before the
drill is completed, the batter scores a run.
All members of
the batting team have their
turn at bat, then change with the fielding team.
