Equipment : Beanbags - have more beanbags than players.

Formation :
Groups in four corners (nests) of the play area.
Name each group after a bird.
Place the  beanbags in the centre in a couple of hoops.

Method :
At signal, all the children fly around in scatter position.
They run, flap wings, crow hop.

On the next signal, each person picks up one beanbag and runs with it to their nest.
Which birds can secure the most food?

Variation :
Hold the beanbags between knees, between feet and hop to the nest.
