Theo and the dragon
Listen to this story.

Theo was a curious and adventurous boy who loved to explore the world around him.
One night, he decided to sneak out of his house and go to the nearby forest, where he had heard rumors of dragons, magic, and other mysterious creatures.
He packed his backpack with some snacks, a flashlight, and his favorite Pokemon toy, Pikachu.

As he walked through the dark and silent woods, he suddenly heard a loud roar that made him jump.
He turned around and saw a huge dragon flying over the trees, breathing fire and smoke.
Theo was scared, but also fascinated by the sight.
He followed the dragon with his eyes until it disappeared behind a hill.

Theo ran towards the hill, hoping to catch another glimpse of the dragon.
He climbed up the slope and reached the top, where he saw a large cave entrance.
He wondered if the dragon lived there, and if there were any other dragons inside.
He decided to find out.

He entered the cave cautiously, holding his flashlight in one hand and Pikachu in the other.
He walked deeper into the cave, until he reached a large chamber that was filled with treasure,
gold coins, jewels, and precious objects sparkled in the light of his flashlight.
Theo gasped in awe.
He had never seen so much wealth in his life.

He walked around the chamber, admiring the treasure.
He saw a crown, a sword, a necklace, and many other things that looked like they belonged to kings and queens.
He wondered who had owned them, and how they had ended up here.

He was about to touch one of the coins, when he heard another roar behind him.
He turned around and saw the dragon standing at the entrance of the chamber, blocking his way out.
The dragon was angry that someone had invaded its home and disturbed its sleep.
It glared at Theo with its red eyes and opened its mouth to unleash another blast of fire.

Theo was terrified.
He knew he had made a big mistake by coming here.
He wished he had stayed at home and listened to his parents.
He looked around for a way to escape, but there was none.
He was trapped.

He hugged Pikachu tightly and closed his eyes, waiting for the end.
But then, something unexpected happened.
He heard a voice in his head that said:
"Don't be afraid, Theo. I'm here to help you."

Theo opened his eyes and saw that Pikachu was glowing with a yellow light.
He realized that it was not just a toy, but a real Pokemon that had been hiding in his backpack all this time.

"Pikachu?" Theo asked in disbelief.
"Yes, Theo. It's me. I've been watching over you since you were born. I'm your guardian Pokemon."

Theo was amazed.
He had always loved Pokemon, but he never thought he would meet one in real life.

"But how? Why?" Theo asked.

"I'll explain later. Right now, we have to get out of here. That dragon is not friendly."

Pikachu jumped out of Theo's arms and faced the dragon.
It raised its tail and shouted:
"Pika pika!"

A bolt of lightning shot out of Pikachu's tail and hit the dragon in the chest.
The dragon roared in pain and staggered back.

"Quick, Theo! Run!" Pikachu said telepathically.

Theo didn't need to be told twice.
He grabbed his backpack and ran towards the exit of the cave, following Pikachu.

They managed to get out of the cave before the dragon recovered from the shock.
They ran down the hill and back into the forest.

They didn't stop running until they reached Theo's house.
They sneaked back into Theo's room and closed the door behind them.
They were safe.

Theo put Pikachu on his bed and hugged him gratefully.
"Thank you, Pikachu. You saved my life."
"You're welcome, Theo. You're my friend."
Theo smiled.
He felt a bond with Pikachu that he had never felt with anyone else.

He looked at his clock and saw that it was almost midnight.
He yawned and said:
"I'm sorry I woke you up, Pikachu."
"It's okay, Theo. I'm glad you're okay."
"Me too."

They both lay down on Theo's bed and cuddled together.
They fell asleep peacefully.

The next morning, Theo woke up to find Pikachu still on his bed.
He rubbed his eyes and wondered if it had all been a dream.
But then he saw his backpack on the floor, with some gold coins sticking out of it.

He realized that it had all been real.
He smiled and said:
"Good morning, Pikachu."

Pikachu opened his eyes and said:
"Good morning, Theo."

They hugged each other happily.
They were ready for a new adventure.
