Each group of four players is equipped with one horn.
When a player is ready to take a shot, they press the start button on the stopwatch and hand over the unit to a teammate.
After the shot, the teammate presses the stop button on the stopwatch
If the player exceeds the 40-second time limit, the stopwatch will trigger a loud three-second blast from the horn, signaling that the time limit has been exceeded.
Penalties will be applied for slow play.
The pace of play will improve.
