How
to Warm Up Before A Round
Thanks Positivre Thoughts Prepare
mentally and
physically for a great round. Make sure you do Dynamic Stretching.
1. Do not have expectations Focus on your process, something that you have 100% control. Avoid things that are outside your control: your score, other players’ scores. 2. Do not get technical on the range Try to find a good tempo and rhythm. 3. Practice your routine Hit two or three shots then do a full shot routine before and after every shot, just like you’re going to do on the course. Play a few holes by practicing some of the shots you know you’ll be faced with on the course. 4. Do not be judgemental on your shots Be non-judgmental towards all shots. When you hit one quality shot with one club, put it back in the bag and move onto the next one. 5. Go to the putting green Work on speed and lags. Finish with short putts. 6. Don't worry..be happy Learn to whistle while you walk..:) Try it to play better golf. |
